Verifying Email Settings
Please verify that the email address we have on file for you is correct:
- Select "My Account" from the menu.
- Navigate to the "Email and Correspondence Settings" section in the "User Information" tab.
- Verify that your email address is correct in the "Current Email Address" area, and add or update if necessary by selecting "Edit".
- Select "Edit" in the "Electronic Medicare Summary Notices (eMSNs)" area.
- Select the "Yes" button, and then select "Submit".
- You'll get a message confirming your selection.
