Medicare is the secondary payer when the following insurance is available: Auto Insurance, Homeowner's Insurance, Commercial Insurance Plans, Group Health Plans under certain conditions, Black Lung Benefits and Worker's Compensation. If the Primary Insurance section is not listed on the My Health & Drug Plans page, Medicare is your primary insurance.

MSP Type - Medicare is the secondary payer when the following insurance is available:
Insurer Name - The name of your primary insurance company and also displays the policy number for your primary insurance
Insurer Address - The address of your primary insurance company
Coverage Dates - The date that this insurance became primary and when this insurance will no longer be the primary insurer
